The Chelsea and Arsenal managers were in the headlines again after not shaking hands at Wembley on Sunday.
Wenger had beaten Mourinho for the first time after 13 previous attempts but appeared to swerve to avoid the Portuguese after the match.
And Wenger's former defender Keown has had enough.
He said: "At the end of the day it is about respect.
"I hope the LMA chairman Richard Bevan gets these two guys together and they shake hands.
"We had a good game and at the end it was spoilt because they didn't shake hands."
Arsenal's 1-0 victory over Chelsea laid down a marker ahead of this season's title race, in which the Gunners hope to figure more prominently.
After the match, Mourinho claimed Arsenal played defensively before saying: "This season the Premier League title is very difficult but it is very difficult for everyone.
"The way other teams are spending they have big power in their hands while we are the same as last season. And with that we are going to try.
