Recent Pre-Season History
Both West Coast and Gold Coast just won the one game in last year’s NAB Challenge, although West Coast’s win was against Carlton, and Gold Coast also had a draw.
2016 NAB Challenge Form
West Coast were humbled in the opening round by 100 points at the hands of Adelaide, while Gold Coast defeated Brisbane by 25 points.
Stats That Matter
Gold Coast kicked two goals in three of the four quarters in their opening game, and three goals in the other quarter. While West Coast did have a scoreless quarter in their opening game.
Who will win and why
They don’t really have the pre-season form to back it up, but West Coast are a much better team the Gold Coast. Especially when the Suns don’t have Gary Ablett Jr playing.
