Ballon d’Or: Real Madrid ace Cristiano Ronaldo beats Barcelona rival Lionel Messi to award

Real Madrid team-mates Sergio Ramos and Luka Modric came sixth and fifth respectively, with Harry Kane, Robert Lewandowski, N’Golo Kante, Kylian Mappe and Gianluigi Buffon completing the top 10.
And Real manager Zinedine Zidane believes the rivalry between Ronaldo and Messi will go on for years to come.
The Frenchman said this week: "It's true, when we look at their statistics, they're amazing.
"It's surprising to see the amount of goals they've scored, actually. They're two great players.
"One makes the other better and vice-versa. I think it'll continue, this duel, for some time to come."
