Former West Coast forward Tom Lamb signs with VFL side Sandringham

Former West Coast forward Tom Lamb has found a new home for 2018, signing with VFL outfit Sandringham.
The 21-year-old played one game in three seasons at the Eagles, spending the majority of his time with the club’s WAFL affiliate East Perth where he booted 57 goals in 48 league appearances.
The Dandenong Stingrays product was unsuccessful in getting redrafted following his axing, despite training with St Kilda last month.

Sandringham, which have an affiliation with the Saints, confirmed the news today on their Twitter account.
Lamb was drafted by West Coast with pick 32 in the 2014 national draft.
His sole AFL appearance came against the Western Bulldogs in round one, 2015.
Lamb has a family connection at the Zebras, with his grandfather Ian Cooper also playing for the club.
