Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has made no secret of his desire to strengthen his wide options in the transfer market.
The Red Devils failed to bring in Ivan Perisic from Inter Milan over the summer, with Moura now said to be one of Mourinho’s top targets.
And reports in France claim United have received a huge boost in their pursuit to sign the Brazil international this month.
Telefoot claim Moura has attracted interest from Bordeaux, Nantes, Nice and Real Betis but has his heart set on a move to Old Trafford.
However, the report suggests that United have some way to go in negotiations with PSG.
United are said to want to take the 25-year-old winger on loan for the rest of the season and decide on a permanent move in the summer.
But PSG are reportedly not listening to loan offers as they look to offload the former Sao Paulo man before the January window shuts.
Moura has fallen out of favour at PSG following the arrivals of Kylian Mbappe and Neymar in the summer.
The Brazilian, who is a long-term target for United, has featured just six times for the Ligue 1 giants this term.
