Zidane's reasons for wanting to sign Pogba

Paul Pogba has been linked with a move to Real Madrid as Zinedine Zidane is a great admirer of his countryman, but what exactly does the coach like about the midfielder?
It's clear that Zidane thinks Pogba is a talent and he spoke about this in a recent press conference.
"I like Pogba a lot and that's nothing new," he said when quizzed on the French player by the press.
"I know him personally and he is different.
"He adds something that few others can do, thanks to his quality.
"He knows how to attack and how to defend."
Yet it's not just the player's talent that has impressed Zidane.
The 46-year-old also likes his leadership ability and the way he can bring a group together.
Some have said that Pogba brings about conflict, but Zidane has a different perception of the player who he knows personally.
His ability to generate team spirit was clear during the World Cup when he helped bring the France squad together.
The French FA released a movie about the team's success in Russia and Pogba is seen in almost all of the discussions and team-bonding moments.
Just before going out to the pitch at the Luzhniki Stadium for the final, for example, he gave an emotional speech.
Real Madrid don't lack leaders, as they have several and are led by Sergio Ramos, and they don't lack veterans either, but Zidane still wants to add Pogba.
He is convinced that the player would fit in, but there are more doubts about his personality and his cost in the club offices.
Zidane wants players with hunger and the midfielder still has this, even if he has lifted the World Cup.
There is determination to win titles at club level and he thinks he can do this at Real Madrid.
The biggest obstacle, though, is that Manchester Untied plan to challenge for titles again and that they have him as one of the cornerstones of their project.
